- 3.Add the beans and broth. Smash a few against the side of the pan; this is what makes the sauce silky.
- 4.Simmer 4 minutes, until thickened. Season hard with flaky salt. Off the heat, scatter with basil.
- 5.Serve in the pan with bread you don't plan to share.
