What Cookpress Is (and Isn't)

Cookpress is a tool that helps you generate cookbooks — recipe books in PDF and EPUB format, with AI-written recipes, AI-generated photography, and an optional audiobook. It is a creative publishing tool.

Cookpress is not a source of nutrition, medical, dietary, or food-safety advice, and it is not a marketplace or reselling platform — we do not sell your cookbooks for you or list them on Etsy, KDP, or anywhere else.

By accessing or using Cookpress, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

Accounts

To use Cookpress you create an account. You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and you're responsible for everything that happens under your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized use.

Acceptable Use

Cookpress is a cookbook publishing tool. Every prompt you submit — including cookbook themes, recipe descriptions, and any other text used to generate AI photography or other media — must relate to food, cooking, and cookbook publishing.

You agree not to:

Use Cookpress to generate content that is illegal, infringing, harmful, or that violates anyone's rights.
Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or bypass the security of the service.
Resell or redistribute access to the Cookpress service itself (this is distinct from your own generated cookbooks — see below).

Prohibited Content

You may not use Cookpress — including its AI image, photography, video, or audio generation features — to create, request, upload, or distribute:

Adult, sexual, pornographic, or otherwise NSFW (not-safe-for-work) imagery or content, including nudity, sexually explicit, or sexually suggestive material of any kind.
Content that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers minors.
Content depicting or promoting violence, gore, self-harm, hate, harassment, or illegal activity.
Content that infringes intellectual property, impersonates real people, or violates others' privacy or publicity rights.

All prompts are automatically screened by a content-moderation system before any media is generated. Prompts that are flagged or denied are blocked and will not produce output. We may suspend or terminate any account that attempts to generate prohibited content, and we may report unlawful content to the appropriate authorities.

Plans and Pricing

Free — $0: One cookbook, kept permanently, with a watermark and lower-resolution output.
Pro — $14.99 / month: Unlimited cookbooks, high-resolution output, EPUB export, and no watermark.
Premium — $29.99 / month: Everything in Pro, plus audiobook narration, commercial-use licensing, and custom covers.

Subscriptions and one-time purchases are billed through our payment provider, Creem (our merchant of record). Prices may change with notice. You're responsible for the charges on your selected plan.

Your Content and Ownership

You own the cookbooks you generate with Cookpress. On the Pro and Premium plans, you may use your cookbooks commercially — including selling them on Etsy, KDP, or similar platforms.

We do not use your wizard input or generated cookbooks to train AI models unless you explicitly opt in.

Food Safety and Content Disclaimer

This is important. Recipes, nutrition figures, ingredient lists, and other content produced by Cookpress are generated by AI and are provided for creative and publishing purposes only. They are not nutrition, medical, dietary, or food-safety advice.

You are responsible for independently verifying all ingredients, quantities, allergens, nutrition information, cooking temperatures, and food-safety details before relying on, publishing, or selling any cookbook. Before listing a cookbook commercially (for example on Etsy or KDP), you are solely responsible for reviewing and validating its content and for meeting any applicable platform rules and legal requirements.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Cookpress is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties about the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the service or of any generated content, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cookpress will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the service or your reliance on generated content. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
